Project Controls Engineer (Oil & Gas | EPC Projects)

• Position : Project Controls Engineer (Oil & Gas | EPC Projects)
• Location : Jurong East
• Working hours : 5 days | Office Hours
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,500 Basic + 18 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Performance Bonus (3-5months) + Group Insurance + Flexible Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Oil & Gas | Chemical Logistics
• *Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor project budget, schedule, and CAPEX performance
• Support Project Managers on timelines and cost control
• Manage budgeting, scope changes, and cost tracking
• Track progress using S-curves and forecasting
• Analyse risks, delays, and cost efficiency
• Prepare CAPEX reports and dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy and support audit/compliance
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements
• *Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning / control (Oil & Gas or related)
• Experience in brownfield projects and CAPEX environment preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and project tools (e.g. Primavera P6) is an advantage
