Job Summary
The Project Controls Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project quality, planning, scheduling, and cost control activities while also supporting knowledge transfer, training, and capacity building within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Monitor project progress and identify deviations from plans
- Implement and manage quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and track project expenditures
- Conduct cost control analysis and forecasting
- Prepare project reports (progress, cost, risk, and performance)
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations
- Support risk management and mitigation planning
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, or coaching to team members when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
- 3–7 years of experience in project controls, planning, or QA/QC
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Experience in cost control and budgeting
- Familiarity with international standards and quality systems
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Ability to teach, train, and transfer knowledge effectively
- PMP certification is a plus

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Training, coaching, or academic experience is an advantage
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in UAE projects is highly preferred
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
