Crescent Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer to deliver engineered industrial water treatment systems across the energy, power, petrochemical, and heavy industrial sectors.
This role covers technical and commercial execution of water treatment packages from FEED through commissioning. Our projects typically include Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Membrane Bioreactors (MBR), Demineralisation (Ion Exchange and EDI), softening systems, chemical dosing, and modular skid-mounted treatment plants.
The Role
You will be responsible for executing projects from detailed engineering through fabrication, FAT, and start-up support. The position requires strong ownership of process intent, hydraulic integrity, membrane performance, and final water quality validation.
Key responsibilities include:
You will work on systems where feedwater variability, SDI, salinity, chemical compatibility, and hydraulic stability directly influence long-term performance.

We are looking for engineers who apply structured thinking, understand CAPEX versus OPEX trade-offs, and communicate clearly with EPCs and operators.
