We are currently partnering with a leading organisation in the energy sector to identify a skilled Project Engineer to support ongoing power plant projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex systems, including static equipment, boilers, desalination units, and storage tanks.
Role Overview
- Lead and coordinate execution activities for power plant-related projects
- Work closely with the Project Manager to track progress, milestones, and key deliverables
- Ensure daily progress updates in alignment with project schedules and planning requirements
- Allocate tasks to site supervisors and monitor execution on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure full adherence to HSE, QA/QC, and client-specific standards
- Coordinate with internal HSE and QA/QC teams to maintain compliance and quality benchmarks
- Provide technical guidance on static equipment, boilers, desalination systems, and tanks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and timely project delivery
- Monitor resource utilization, safety standards, and overall project performance
Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in power plant operations or related projects
- Strong expertise in static equipment, boilers, desalination systems, and tanks
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical preferred)
- Proven ability to manage site execution, coordination, and reporting
