# Job Overview:

D3 is looking for a Project Manager to help drive execution across our engineering and product teams as we build the first blockchain purpose-built for Domain Fi. In this role, you’ll own timelines, streamline workflows, and ensure cross-functional alignment on high-impact initiatives. If you have experience managing technical projects in Web3 and thrive in fast-moving environments, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Project Delivery:

Oversee the full lifecycle of initiatives from planning to deployment on testnet and mainnet, ensuring high-quality and timely execution across all teams.

• Definte & Track Goals:

Translate complex product requirements into executable tasks, define success metrics, and build timelines that align with company milestones.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Serve as the bridge between engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams. Foster clarity and communication throughout the organization.

• Documentation & QA:

Maintain up-to-date internal and external documentation. Ensure each product and feature release meets quality standards.

• Scrum & Agile Leadership:

Run standup meetings, spring planning, retros, and team syncs for multiple initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years experience in project management with a track record of delivering complex technical projects
• Prior experience working on blockchain/crypto projects—ideally L1 protocols, validators, DeFi, or NFT marketplaces.
• Strong command of modern PM tools (Jira, Notion, Asana, Trello, Click Up, etc.)
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and ability to lead technical teams with confidence.

Bonus Points:

• Technical background in software engineering or product development
• Experience working in early-stage startups or Web3-native organizations
• Comfortable supporting external contributors
• Based in or open to working LA/SF hours
