🔥 The Opportunity
We are looking for 2 high-impact Project Managers who will lead end-to-end client implementations of advanced robotics and automation solutions. This is not a back-office PM role—you’ll be at the forefront, driving complex, global deployments and working directly with clients to ensure successful execution.
This is a contract-to-hire role, ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and enjoy delivering tangible business outcomes.
💡 What You’ll Do
Pre-Sales & Planning
- Partner with Sales and Solution teams to understand client requirements
- Define implementation strategies across geographies and integrations
- Build high-level timelines, effort estimates, and delivery plans
Project Setup & Governance
- Transition projects from Sales to Delivery seamlessly
- Define scope, milestones, KPIs, and governance frameworks
- Establish communication cadence and stakeholder alignment
Execution & Delivery
- Drive project execution across timelines, budget, and milestones
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, client teams)
- Ensure site readiness, infrastructure, and deployment success
- Lead testing cycles, issue tracking (JIRA), and risk mitigation
- Facilitate UAT, ramp-up, and final handover to Client Services
Deployment & Go-Live
- Oversee global deployments and integration testing
- Run war rooms when needed to resolve critical issues
- Ensure smooth project closure with documentation and sign-offs
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (IE/EE/EC/ME)
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- PMP certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience in warehouse automation, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries
- Hands-on experience with DC commissioning / automation implementations
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence

- Ability to travel globally (up to 60%) – must-have
- Comfortable working across time zones (US–India overlap)
