Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute structured projects aligned with risk and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across technical, business, and executive levels to drive project success while maintaining clear communication channels.
  • Lead data collection, process discovery, and analysis efforts within technology management domains to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide insights into enterprise technology functions and contribute to enhancing risk control measures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in enterprise-level companies, with a focus on technology risk or governance frameworks.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Cantonese and English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate across diverse stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage technical teams, business units, and C-level executives effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of enterprise technology functions; familiarity with business management or risk controls preferred.
