  • Support project planning, scheduling, and control activities across aerospace programs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and action items to ensure successful execution
  • Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, presentations, and planning documentation
  • Assist in resource planning and project prioritization activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams

  • Experience supporting engineering or aircraft development programs
  • Knowledge of project scheduling and reporting tools
  • Experience working within highly regulated aerospace environments
