Job Description
- Monitoring market trends to ensure competitive positioning of assets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance property performance and value.
- Maintaining strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Preparing and presenting leasing and asset management reports to stakeholders.
- Overseeing compliance with lease terms and relevant regulations in Hong Kong.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- 15+ year of experience in leasing and asset management within the property industry.
- Proven experience with Owner's Corporations, AGMs, and DMC compliance
- Proficiency in market analysis and financial reporting.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with property regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
