About the Role
We’re hiring a Mid-Senior AI Tooling Developer to lead the design and development of AI-powered internal tools. You’ll work with LLMs to build solutions for code analysis, automation, and developer productivity, while collaborating closely with DevOps on CI/CD and infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI-powered tools using Python and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Design scalable systems for automation and developer workflows
- Manage secure API integrations (auth, rate limiting, resilience)
- Integrate with GitHub and Azure DevOps (repos, PRs, pipelines)
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Improve prompt engineering and LLM workflows
- Own database design (SQL)
- Mentor junior developers
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong Python (production-grade applications)
- Experience with LLM APIs in real-world use cases
- Solid REST API and integration experience
- Hands-on CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong Git workflows and SQL knowledge
- Ability to own projects end-to-end
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Claude API
- Prompt engineering / AI agents
- Azure DevOps ecosystem
- Streamlit or Gradio
- Mentoring experience
