Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Python QE Lead with strong expertise in GenAI-driven quality engineering, automation frameworks, and enterprise-scale testing solutions. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives focused on AI-assisted testing, prompt engineering, secure automation practices, and stakeholder collaboration within regulated BFSI environments.

The candidate must possess deep hands-on experience in Python, Robot Framework/Selenium-based automation, API testing, and GenAI integrations for quality engineering use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Python-based GenAI services using prompt engineering techniques tailored for:

# Functional and regression test case generation

# Negative, boundary, and edge-case coverage

# Secure code analysis and vulnerability remediation guidance

• Design, test, and optimize prompt strategies for accuracy, determinism, repeatability, and enterprise-scale adoption.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade automation frameworks using:

# Python

# Robot Framework / Robo Framework

# Selenium

# API Automation

• Integrate GenAI workflows with CI/CD pipelines, test frameworks, and security tooling.
• Implement AI guardrails to manage:

# Hallucinations

# Prompt injection risks

# Data leakage concerns

• Lead automation strategy discussions and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across QA, Development, Security, and Business teams.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on:

# Responsible GenAI usage

# Prompt engineering best practices

# AI model evaluation approaches

# Automation framework standards

• Drive quality engineering best practices aligned with SDLC, DevSecOps, and secure coding standards.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development with enterprise-grade, production-ready coding practices
