QA Automation Engineer

A tele-health company is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to help ensure their software products are reliable, stable, and high quality.

In this role, you will build and maintain automated test coverage, identify issues early in the development cycle, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to improve release quality.

The ideal candidate has a strong QA mindset, thinks through workflows and edge cases, and takes pride in delivering well-tested, dependable software.

Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and maintain automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance

• Test new features, workflows, integrations, and system updates

• Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs, issues, and inconsistencies

• Track defects through resolution and verify fixes

• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve test coverage

• Participate in release testing to ensure stable and high-quality deployments

• Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and overall release quality

Requirements:

• Experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to think through complex workflows, edge cases, and failure scenarios

• Experience writing clear, well-structured test cases and documentation

• Strong communication skills and organized follow-through

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams

Salary: $120K - $130K

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
