Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Java, Selenium, API testing, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated test frameworks, validating APIs, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines. This is a fully onsite role in Atlanta, GA, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web applications
- Develop and execute API test automation using tools like RestAssured/Postman
- Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure quality in build and deployment workflows
- Work with Git for version control and code management
- Perform testing in AWS cloud environments
- Analyze test results, log defects, and track them to closure
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation
- Strong programming skills in Java
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Solid experience in API testing and automation
- Experience with Cucumber (BDD framework)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Git
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based testing
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and workflows
- Experience working in Agile environments
