Position Overview:

As a QA Engineer at Arena Staffing, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and services. You will work closely with our development team to design, implement, and execute test plans and strategies, as well as identify and report any issues or defects. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test scripts, performing manual and automated testing, and providing feedback on product usability and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design test plans and strategies

• Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products and services

• Identify, document, and report any issues or defects found during testing

• Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues

• Create and maintain test cases and test data

• Continuously improve and update testing processes and procedures

• Provide feedback on product usability and functionality

• Participate in code reviews and provide suggestions for improvements

• Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies related to QA testing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience with manual and automated testing

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python

• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber

• Knowledge of SQL and databases

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
