About the Role
We’re hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with experience in the trucking or logistics industry to help test and improve our software.
You’ll focus on real-world scenarios, ensuring our platform works effectively for drivers, dispatchers, and operations teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge who wants to grow into tech and product.
What You’ll Do
- Test web and mobile applications using real trucking scenarios
- Create and execute test cases based on logistics workflows
- Identify, document, and track bugs
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues
- Perform regression testing after updates
- Review product changes and provide feedback
- Suggest improvements to product quality and usability
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry
- Basic understanding of QA or software testing
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with manual QA testing
- Familiarity with Agile workflows
- Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting
