Job Title: QA Lead/ Test Manager

Location: New York/ New Jersey (Onsite)

Mandatory skills –15+ years of experience as a QA Lead in banking and KYC domains.

Execute manual functional testing across banking and KYC applications

Understand and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

Perform test case execution, regression testing, and integration testing

Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA

Work hands-on with JTMF (or equivalent test management framework)

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members

Apply knowledge of KYC processes, workflows, and regulatory requirements

Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices

Communicate clearly with stakeholders on test execution progress and issues

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a QA Lead in banking and KYC domains.

Handson experience in Pega PRPC, DEV/Testing

Execute manual functional testing across banking and KYC applications

Understand and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

Perform test case execution, regression testing, and integration testing

Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA

Work hands-on with JTMF (or equivalent test management framework)

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members

Apply knowledge of KYC processes, workflows, and regulatory requirements

Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices

Communicate clearly with stakeholders on test execution progress and issues

Create and maintain:

Test Plans

Test Scenarios

Detailed Test Cases

Lead defect management activities including triage, prioritization, and closure

Provide regular status reports on:

Test execution progress

Defect metrics

Risks and dependencies

Mentor junior team members and ensure QA best practices are followed

Act as the primary QA point of contact for stakeholders

Good-to-Have Skills (All Roles)

Pega PRPC

Hands-on experience with Python scripting

Experience with API testing (REST APIs, request/response validation, basic automation)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)

Relevant experience in QA/testing roles within banking or financial services

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
