QA QC and Site Engineer - Sub Contracting company

A Leading company in Dubai is looking for a QAQC engineer for their sites

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of materials, processes, and finished installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

• Prepare detailed ǪA/ǪC reports, identifying non-conformities and outlining corrective actions.

• Collaborate with project and site teams to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

• Use appropriate tools and methods to assess the quality of high-end modular kitchen components and luxury furniture materials.

• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation guides to validate compliance.

• Implement and enforce ǪA/ǪC protocols and continuously improve inspection and reporting procedures.

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality benchmarks are met across all project phases.

• Monitor site activities to ensure proper handling, installation, and finishing of delicate and premium materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ǪA/ǪC

• Strong understanding of high-end materials, luxury finishes, and premium kitchen/furniture components.

• Certified in quality assurance (e.g., CǪI, CǪA, or equivalent); familiarity with ISO standards preferred.

• Experience with ǪA/ǪC protocols in construction or manufacturing environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.

• Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.

• Competent in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or design tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with teams, contractors, and clients.

• Physically fit and capable of performing on-site inspections in varied environments.
