QA/QC

We are currently looking for a Quality Control Manager based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate activities, inspect incoming raw materials, finished products, semi-finished products and work-in-progress product to ensure adherence to Jotech Paints quality standards, as well customer specifications.

· Ensure that all finished goods is properly inspected and approved prior to release to customer.

· Monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.

· Prepare reports and analyze the quality inspection data.

· Estimate and analyze the additional cost incurred for the rectification of any discrepancies and provide recommendation to Production Manager.

· Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Store department on Raw materials and finished goods availability.

.Coordinate with sales team for any specific requirement of customers, required for planning and production.

· Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions regarding the quality control of the product.

· Provide hands-on guidance and training when needed, assist the Manager(s) in performance appraisal, addressing and resolving customer complaints

· Assist in training and coaching of new staff and recommend training needs in coordination with HR department.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or any related course.

· At least 2-3 years’ experience in Quality Control from PAINT Manufacturing company or similar field equivalent combination of training and experience.

· Knowledge of quality control standard procedure. Researcher and innovative in chemical fields.

Salary: AED 3000 – AED 4000 (based on candidate experience)

Ability to commute / relocate:

Ras Al Khaimah – Relocate or must have reliable source of commute before starting work.
