Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and carry out the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Construction Quality so that the work can achieve high construction and workmanship quality in the delivery stage.
- Ensure readiness for Temporary Occupation (TOP), that the work progress by contractor are inspected and recorded, so as to deliver quality homes to customers.
- Carry out Independent Quality Mark (QM) check of all units, monitor defects rectification after Temporary Occupation and during Defects liability Period (DLP).
- Co-ordinate with Customer Service Department (CSD) on the in-house quality inspection.
- Ensure unit defects are rectified in a timely manner and within the time frame allowed or specified.
- On site implementation based on 5-Star Environment, Health & Safety Policy and ensuring Contractor achieves the highest standard during every 5-Star Quarterly Site Inspections.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in electrical/ mechanical, civil engineering or engineering disciplines.
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in the construction industry especially on quality inspection and delivery
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Satisfactory Human/Public relations skill Good customer service skills
- Able to handle difficult customers
- Meticulous with an eye for details
