We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer (Civil / Fit Out) to join our team in the Construction and interior fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all materials, workmanship, and finished products meet the required standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control systems for all construction and fit out works.
- Inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections for works.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and other QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Attend site inspections and prepare snag lists and completion reports.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Familiar with quality standards like ISO.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
