QA Quality Engineer (Aerospace MRO)

Well Established Company Aerospace Industry Salary: $3000 to $5000 + Variable Bonus Working location: Seletar Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6pm Job Responsibilities: Oversee QA standards and monitoring processes for MRO activities Drive continuous improvement and identify maintenance/workshop issues Support and maintain Safety Management System (SMS) implementation Facilitate hazard identification and risk management Track and ensure completion of risk mitigation actions Report on company safety performance and recommend training Support regulatory and third-party audits Conduct supplier evaluation and assessment Manage non-conformance processes (internal & external) Oversee staff training, approvals, and competency needs Lead process improvements and business excellence initiatives Maintain audit records and track corrective actions Perform root cause and corrective action (RCCA) analysis Develop and review MRO procedures Monitor equipment calibration and reports Assist QA Manager in all QA/QC activities Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering. 3 years of experience in Aerospace Quality and Auditing, with a minimum of 3 years as a QMS Auditor or Lead Auditor. Familiar with AS9100 and EASA/FAA/CAAS/CAAC Part 145.
