QAQC ANALYST I–III
The QAQC Analyst levels I, II and III are “Apprentice” positions designed to train entry level candidates for a career with EPC in quality control analytical testing. A candidate entering the field will spend approximately 15 months or (5) full quarters within the QAQC Analyst job levels. Advancement within this level will be based upon time completed and meeting all the qualifications per level to move to the next level. A QAQC Analyst must successfully rise through all 3 levels to be eligible to move into the QAQC Lead Analyst position.
QAQC Analyst I (Probationary Period)
This is EPC’s Analytical Entry-level position; you will be in this position for a minimum of 3 months. Your entry level probationary period with EPC is your chance to watch, question and learn. During these months you will be spending most of your time in training and watching. Asking questions and understanding of testing is essential to this level of your training.
You will be partnered with a skilled level QAQC Lead Analyst to supervise your training and to mentor you through your QAQC Analyst levels. You will be provided with a notebook to track your questions and answers and will meet with your supervisor and the PRS QAQC Superintendent weekly, or as deemed necessary; to review your notebook and ask questions about your level of understanding of what we do. This will help them gauge if and when you are ready to advance to QAQC Analyst II.
Qualifications:
· Willingness to be trained in key service areas including helium leak detection, moisture analysis, oxygen testing, particle counting, pressure testing, and cycle purge procedures.
· Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and safe handling of tools and equipment.
· Ability to follow instructions and maintain clean, professional, and respectful work habits always.
· A basic understanding of hand tools.
· Displays a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within Eyeball Precision Corporation (EPC).
Requirements:
· Become familiar with EPC’s scope of work including types of testing we perform on site.
· Become familiar with site including EPC work locations.
· Become familiar with EPC’s testing equipment type
· Learn how to properly set up barricades and permits needed for workstations.
· Must attend all QAQC training sessions.
· Participate in daily jobsite cleanup and support 6s
· Immediately report all safety incidents or near-misses to the Safety Officers.
