Job Description

Role Summary:

Design and implement scalable automation frameworks or leverage AI tools/frameworks to enable continuous testing across banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use AI-driven tools (e.g., Lifter) to auto-generate, optimize, and maintain test cases and automation scripts
  • Shift from script-heavy automation to outcome-driven validation (business flows, risk coverage, defect prevention)
  • Build and maintain self-healing and adaptive automation suites across UI, API, and data layers
  • Collaborate with QE Leads/Architects to align automation with risk-based testing strategy
  • Integrate AI-generated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
  • Continuously refine test assets using production insights, defect patterns, and usage analytics
  • Ensure minimal manual intervention through intelligent maintenance and auto-correction capabilities Required Skills:

Required Skills: • Experience with AI-powered testing tools

  • Familiarity with SaaS products especially Workday products
  • Knowledge of US banking systems and workflows
  • Strong understanding of test automation fundamentals (UI/API/Data)
  • Familiarity with automation ecosystems (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API tools)
  • CI/CD integration knowledge (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Programming knowledge (Java / Python / JavaScript - working level)
  • Understanding of risk-based testing and intelligent test design
