As a QA Automation Specialist, your goal is to improve testing speed, efficiency, and coverage by automating repetitive and complex test scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts
- Ensure test coverage is reliable, reusable, and scalable
- Build, Maintain, and enhance existing automation frameworks
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Debug and optimize automation scripts
- Identify, log, and track defects
- Report on automation coverage, effectiveness, and risks
- Collaborate with developers to identify automation opportunities
- Support performance, load, and stress testing
- Continuously improve automation processes and tools
- Stay current with automation trends and best practices
Requirements
- 3–5 years of QA experience, including test automation
- Strong programming skills
- JavaScript / TypeScript preferred
- Java, C#, or Python also acceptable
- Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins
- Experience with Git and version control
- Solid understanding of web technologies and databases
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills (especially written English)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with BDD/TDD
- Performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)
- Multi-platform testing (web, mobile, desktop)
