Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Selenium-based automation. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to new tools such as TOSCA and have exposure to AI-driven testing approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
- Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure software quality
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements
- Participate in test planning, test design, and defect tracking
- Explore and implement new automation tools like TOSCA or similar
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and frameworks
- Leverage AI/ML concepts to enhance test automation (good to have)
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver
- Proficiency in Java / Python / C#
- Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber
- Good understanding of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of software testing concepts and SDLC
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TOSCA (Tricentis) or other model-based testing tools
- Exposure to AI/ML in testing or intelligent automation tools
- Experience with API testing (REST, Postman, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
