Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation

We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our AI & Innovation team, supporting the testing and enhancement of AI platforms, applications, and AI governance solutions. The role focuses on ensuring quality, reliability, compliance, and smooth delivery across production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Test and maintain AI and Generative AI applications, including RAG and LLM-based solutions.

Design, develop, and support full-stack applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning, and environment deployment.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system reliability.

Participate in agile ceremonies, provide estimates, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

4+ years of QA testing experience with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, TestRail, or Zephyr.

Strong technical knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres.

Experience with AI governance assessment and tools such as RAGAS, Promptfoo, or LangSmith is preferred.

Familiarity with GitLab CI/Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, AWS/Azure/GCP, and Kubernetes.

AI/ML framework knowledge such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain is a plus.

Strong communication and analytical skills.
