About the Role

Joseph Advertisers is seeking a QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in quality inspections and documentation. The role involves active management of MIR (Material Inspection Requests), WIR (Work Inspection Requests), and overall QA/QC processes on-site, along with coordination with clients for timely inspections and approvals. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining accurate quality records while ensuring adherence to project timelines and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit MIR (Material Inspection Requests) and WIR (Work Inspection Requests)
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and reports
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality
• Raise and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
• Implement method statements and ITPs (Inspection Test Plans)

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of UAE experience in QA/QC (construction/fit-out preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MIR, WIR processes
• Familiar with site inspection and approval procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Professional and dynamic work environment
