LHH is partnering with a growing organization to identify a skilled Quality Engineer. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking to contribute to long-term quality and process improvement initiatives. The anticipated salary for this role is between $80,000-$110,000 a year.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with managing quality incidents, including handling nonconformities and implementing corrective actions
· Provide technical support for active quality issues
· Assist in conducting root cause analyses
· Gather, analyze, and summarize quality-related data
· Track timelines, due dates, and completion of corrective actions
· Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns
· Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements
· Assist with customer compliance and documentation requests
· Develop, update, and maintain controlled documentation such as work instructions and procedures
· Ensure documentation accuracy and revision control
· Create new documentation as needed
· Maintain organized records and act as a quality gatekeeper for document integrity
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or a related field
· 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or continuous improvement
· Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards
· Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis
· Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
· A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
