Overview
We are seeking a Quality Engineer with strong CIS testing experience to support a large-scale CIS transformation program. This role focuses on end-to-end testing across billing, usage, payments, and customer processes within an Oracle C2M environment integrated with enterprise systems.

Duration: 11 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual testing across CIS transformation workflows (billing, usage, payments, customer processes)
- Validate end-to-end system and integration flows involving Oracle C2M, TIBCO BW, MDMS, CRM, and financial systems
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements
- Perform SIT, E2E, regression, and UAT support testing
- Prepare and manage test data for CIS scenarios including move-in/move-out, billing cycles, payments, and adjustments
- Conduct data validation across APIs, interfaces, flat files, and databases
- Log, track, and retest defects through the full defect lifecycle
- Collaborate with QA Lead, developers, and business stakeholders in Agile ceremonies, defect triage, and test reviews
- Maintain test execution evidence for audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Support UAT execution and production validation activities
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in CIS testing within utility or billing systems
- Hands-on experience with Oracle C2M and integrated CIS platforms
- Experience with system integration testing across enterprise applications (TIBCO BW, MDMS, CRM, financial systems)
- Strong manual testing experience (SIT, E2E, regression, UAT support)
- Ability to create test cases and manage test data for complex CIS scenarios
- Experience validating data across APIs, interfaces, and databases
- Strong defect management and Agile QA process experience
- Understanding of CIS business processes and utility domain workflows
Experience:
- 5+ years in Quality Engineering / QA roles
- Strong CIS or utility billing system testing experience required
- Oracle C2M testing experience strongly preferred
- Experience in large, complex, integrated enterprise environments
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
