About the job Quality Engineer - Civil and Structure Permanent position – Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at Star Services LLC in Dubai. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all civil and structural projects meet the required quality standards and specifications. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality control procedures for civil and structural projects Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards Review project plans and specifications to identify potential quality issues Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop quality assurance plans Monitor and track quality metrics to identify areas for improvement Investigate and resolve any quality‐related issues that arise during construction Train and educate project teams on quality control procedures and best practices Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure materials meet quality standards Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality control activities Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to civil and structural engineeringQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control for civil and structural projects Knowledge of construction materials and methods for civil and structural projects Strong understanding of quality control procedures and best practices Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in MS Office and other relevant softwareIf you are a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer with a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Star Services LLC.
