Quality Engineer - Electrical Components & Wiring Harness

Teoresi Inc is an international Group, with offices in Europe and United States, that acts as an engineering partner to customers' product and process development.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer – Electrical Components & Wiring Harness to act as the key interface between suppliers and internal quality and engineering teams, ensuring high standards of quality and performance across the supply base.

You will work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with Supplier Quality, Engineering, Incoming Quality Control (IQC), and suppliers to support product quality, drive issue resolution, and ensure continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities for the position:

• Supplier Interface & Quality Coordination
• Quality Issue Management & Root Cause Analysis
• Onsite Support & Process Validation
• New Product Introduction (NPI) & Change Management
• Quality Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Required Skills:

• Experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Engineering
• Strong knowledge of:
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, Six Sigma
• FMEA (PFMEA), Control Plans, SPC, MSA
• Experience with electrical components, wiring harnesses, PCB/PCBA, or electromechanical assemblies
• Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) and change management

Profile Completes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and supplier-facing environment
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
