- Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of quality engineering experience in electrical consumer products, consumer electronics, medical devices, or hardware products, etc.
- Solid experience in manufacturing processes, quality tools, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, AQL, PPAP, PFMEAs, SOPs, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, tracking and reporting key quality metrics (defect rates, yields, customer returns, etc.)
- Experience supporting new products from prototype to mass production.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
- Lead incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections (IQC, IPQC, OQC)
- Drive root cause analysis & corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) (using 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys)
- Frequent travel to Mainland China factories required.
- Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
