Second Shift: M-F 3pm to 11pm
Third Shift: M-F 11pm to 7am
WE B Shift: S-S- M 7pm to 7am F: Alternates every week Fridays 6am-10am/11am-3pm
Description:
This position is 100% onsite at the Chicago bakery, working 3rd shift to start (11pm to 7am, M-F) with a possible move to 2nd shift and weekends so flexibility is critical. Position is set to run for 6 months to start with possible extension.
Education / Certifications:
Associate s Degree or Bachelor s Degree in Food Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Job specific requirements:
3 5 years of experience in quality, food safety, or manufacturing roles.
Experience executing quality holds, investigations, and documentation.
Willingness to work assigned production shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.G., QCMS, HACCP, FSSC) preferred.
$40 - $44
