Job Description:

Education / Certifications:

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Job specific requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in quality, food safety, or manufacturing roles.

• Experience executing quality holds, investigations, and documentation.

• Willingness to work assigned production shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).

• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., QCMS, HACCP, FSSC) preferred.

Work schedule:

Here’s a clear breakdown of the schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Standard evening shift, 8 hours per day

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Overnight shift, runs into the next morning

• Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• These are 12-hour overnight shifts

• Friday (alternating each week):

• Week 1: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Week 2: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
