Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements, functional specifications, and design documentation

• Design, document, and execute manual test plans and test cases

• Own quality validation for end‑to‑end Online Store customer flows

• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across mobile and web platforms

• Identify, isolate, reproduce, and clearly document defects with actionable detail

• Partner daily with cross‑functional teams, including:

• Online Store teams

• Retail stakeholders

• Software Engineering

• Contribute to releases in a frequent, high‑impact deployment environment

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on software testing experience

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and best practices

• Proven expertise in manual testing for complex applications

• Experience testing consumer‑facing products at scale

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing mobile applications

• Experience validating web‑based e‑commerce platforms and UI flows

• Demonstrated strength in regression testing and defect discovery

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Experience working with global, cross‑functional engineering teams

• Proven ability to own quality for a full feature or functional area

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $67000/Year

Pay Range Maximum: $101000/Year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
