Quality Engineering Lead

A company is looking for a QE Lead to oversee quality engineering efforts for a life insurance policy administration initiative.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the QE planning and execution for the TPA initiative

Define and manage functional test plans, automation frameworks, and quality metrics

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage and high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications :

Strong knowledge of US insurance markets and policy administration systems

Deep understanding of insurance payments workflows and financial integrations

Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium and API testing tools

Experience with Agile methodologies and CI / CD pipelines

Certification or hands-on experience with TPA implementations is preferred
