Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven Quality Manager to lead and manage the Quality function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality operations, supporting manufacturing projects and warranty services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, solid experience in quality management systems (ISO9001/ISO14001), and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall Quality function, including compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
  • Oversee and manage internal audit programs to ensure full compliance with quality management systems
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet regulatory and quality standards
  • Manage and develop a team including Engineers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Associates
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure company quality standards are consistently met
  • Monitor performance metrics and produce statistical reports (e.g., KPIs, quality metrics, customer satisfaction)
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of quality documentation, records, and audit results
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using methodologies such as 8D
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and other business units to support operations and new initiatives
  • Partner with department leaders to drive goals, improve processes, and resolve quality issues
  • Develop standardized procedures and ensure alignment across departments
  • Provide training, tools, and guidance to support quality awareness and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and quality requirements across operations
  • Support production planning to meet delivery timelines from a quality perspective
  • Manage internal and external audit findings, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities
  • Provide strategic input on quality-related matters, including planning, staffing, and process improvements
  • Ensure adequate resources are in place to meet business needs
  • May be required to provide support outside of normal working hours and travel as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a company-wide Quality Management role
  • Strong experience in a manufacturing environment
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and quality compliance standards
  • Proven experience managing audits and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
