As a Quality Engineering Manager at PwC, you will play a crucial role in establishing best practices for quality in software development and testing. You will utilize your expertise to identify defects, improve performance, and enhance user experience.

As part of the Quality Engineering team, you will advocate for quality assurance standards, lead teams, and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and the growth of junior staff. What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • In lieu of a degree, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college

What Sets You Apart:

  • ISTQB, CSQA/CSQE or equivalent certifications
  • Commitment to upholding quality assurance standards
  • Involvement in reviewing user stories
  • Collaboration with Product Managers and Solution Architects
  • Experience in authoring Agile test plans and ensuring requirements traceability
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps
  • Providing UAT support and maintaining QA environments

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
