Quality Engineering Techs

If you are a seasoned quality engineering professional looking to make an impact in a rewarding industry, join our team! As a Quality Engineer III, you’ll ensure all quality standards are met. You’ll be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects in the Quality and Sustainment organization. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives that span across the entire business, collaborating with various product lines and functions to enhance quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, spanning and communications.

Responsibilities Development of an E2E quality philosophy and function with an emphasis on QA and QC

Evaluate our current functional quality processes and recommend revisions as required

Teaming and supporting the business areas in the development of functional quality processes and procedures.

Qualifications You Must Have Bachelors Degree in a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience

Considerable knowledge of Quality System requirements and contract quality requirements

Experience in manufacturing and inspection

Proficient ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, parts lists, specifications, instructions, and test procedures

Experience in Mission Assurance, Advanced Quality planning, or Quality Control/Quality Assurance.

Certified Quality Improvement Associate, Certified Quality Inspector, Certified Quality Engineer, or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
