- Responsibilities**Assist management in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality management systems.Supervision of subordinates for maintaining and improving management systems.Advise management on relevant quality aspects and monitor compliance.Handle ad-hoc matters about quality across the Company / Site.Plan and conduct regular internal audits, inspections and trainings within the Company / Site.Schedule and arrrange external audits and promotion activities for the Company / Site.Review and update manuals and procedures of management systems.Review management systems of the company / site for continual improvement.Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.*Requirements**University degree in science / engineering / construction disciplineMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing quality matters in the industryRelevant chartered institution in quality is an advantageAuditor training in quality management systemsProficient in quality requirements in the industryProficient in relevant international standards in qualitySuperior interpersonal and communication skills and sound judgmentsExcellent reporting and presentation skills and fluent in English and ChineseCandidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Engineer
