OUR TEAM

In the Quality Team, we ensure that new products and processes are developed and launched successfully by applying robust quality planning methodologies and managing risks across product, material, process, and measurement dimensions.

MISSION

In this role, you will:

Drive the Quality Planning approach to ensure products meet technical and industrial performance targets, supporting successful and timely project delivery.

Lead structured risk analysis and deploy action plans to mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with quality standards and industrial requirements.

Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment, drive decision-making, and achieve project objectives.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related technical fields
  • Experience in quality engineering, industrialization, product development, or project-based environments
  • Strong understanding of quality planning, risk management, or APQP methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Business proficiency in Thai and English

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial product development environments
  • Knowledge of risk analysis tools
  • Experience in new product introduction (NPI) or industrialization projects
