Derivatives Trader - Digital Assets

A fast-growing, institutional digital asset platform is looking to hire a Quant-rooted Derivatives Trader to join its high-performance trading team. This is a front-office role focused on pricing, execution, and strategy development across crypto derivatives and structured products.
You will operate in a high-speed, time-sensitive environment, where market awareness, reaction time, and technical depth are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage trading strategies across crypto derivatives markets
- Deliver accurate, real-time pricing and manage associated risks (e.g. volatility, Greeks)
- Build and refine proprietary trading strategies based on market inefficiencies and flow
- Monitor market conditions continuously and react swiftly to volatility and dislocations
- Partner with internal teams (e.g. sales, tech) to develop and optimise trading solutions
- Contribute to automation and enhancement of trading and risk systems
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of trading experience, TradFi or with direct exposure to crypto/digital assets
- Strong track record in derivatives trading (options experience highly preferred)
- Ability to design and implement trading strategies independently
- Technically strong - comfortable with quantitative concepts, pricing, and risk frameworks
- Proven ability to make fast, high-quality decisions under pressure
- Highly responsive to markets with strong situational awareness
- Self-driven, hands-on, and thrives in a performance-oriented environment
