Quant Trader (VP)

The Quant Trading team is responsible for trading and managing risks associated with different crypto products, including spots and derivatives. The team develops and implements trading strategies in fast-paced and complex trading environments.The Quant Trading team is responsible for executing trades and managing risks associated with D1 and derivative products. Job Responsibilities

• Manage resources to fulfill trading operations and tasks efficiently.
• Monitor and report daily market sentiment, risk exposures, profit & loss, and other key metrics.
• Perform post-trade analysis to improve trading strategies and algorithmic performance.
• Collaborate with trading developers to enhance pricing, trading, and booking logic.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline from a top global university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systematic or electronic trading environments.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or Java, with a strong interest in further developing technical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to boost work output.
• Exceptional analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
• Proven capability to perform efficiently under high-pressure situations.
