Quant Trader - Principle Partners

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement quantitative trading strategies across various cryptocurrency markets.
• Develop, test, and refine algorithms for automated trading systems to enhance execution and profitability.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market data, trends, news, and economic indicators to identify trading opportunities and optimize trading strategies.
• Continuously monitor and manage trading risks, implementing robust risk assessment methods.
• Validate trading strategies using historical data to ensure effectiveness, and oversee the execution and real-time performance monitoring of trades.
• Work closely with developers, traders, and other team members to ensure strategies are efficiently and accurately executed.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative trading or a related role in financial markets.
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, and Matlab.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and financial trading instruments.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen ability to decipher complex data.
