A company is looking for a Quantitative Analyst - Legal & Financial Structures.

Key Responsibilities

Integrate AI-assisted workflows to enhance analysis speed and accuracy

Analyze and model complex business and financial arrangements to extract value drivers

Build and refine analytical models for live client matters

Required Qualifications

PhD or Master's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, finance, or a related quantitative field

Expertise in using AI tools for data modeling and analysis

Ability to operate independently in a remote, high-performance environment

Strong judgment in decision-making

Prior experience in law is not required
