Quantitative Analytics Lead Associate

A company is looking for a Quant Analytics Lead Associate responsible for developing and validating predictive and machine-learning models.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative analysis on large data sets with increasing autonomy

Support analysis by identifying necessary information and creating data structures

Develop and maintain statistical models to address business needs using machine learning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or 1 year with a Master's or PhD

Proficiency in SQL / NoSQL and advanced Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with advanced programming in Python, R, or SAS

Understanding of model building, maintenance, and machine learning concepts

Ability to perform hypothesis testing and root-cause analysis
