Quantitative Developer - C# and Python

As a key member of our development team, you will contribute to building and enhancing core components critical to our operations. This role offers the opportunity to engage with various facets of electronic/algorithmic trading and data management systems. You will collaborate closely with traders and quantitative analysts to deploy, support, and refine trading strategies while contributing to the development of new quantitative trading frameworks.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and enhance critical software components in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Work alongside traders and quants to roll out, support, and manage algorithmic trading strategies.
• Design and build robust, clean architectures utilizing state-of-the-art tools and components.
• Experiment with and integrate innovative technologies to advance system capabilities.
• Support and expand the capabilities of our quantitative trading software frameworks.

Your Skills and Experience • Professional Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience in software development.

• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency inC# and Python , with a commitment to writing high-quality code.
• Data Management: Familiarity with structured and unstructured data management tools and techniques.
• Real-Time Systems: Knowledge of real-time systems, high-performance computing, or quantitative applications is advantageous.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with mature CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering collaboration across teams.
