Quantitative Developer - Exchange Connectivity

We’re looking to add a Quantitative Developer to build and maintain the API connectivity part of our trading infrastructure.

• Algorithmic market making services

Market making is essential to emerging digital assets because, without a liquid trading environment, market participants cannot buy or sell tokens without causing a drastic change in the market price. This phenomenon is known as "market slippage." AcheronTrading's services directly reduce market slippage and thus result in more efficient trade for market participants.

• Exchange advisory and planning

We have integrated with over fifty decentralized and centralized exchanges providing holistic coverage across the digital asset ecosystem. Receive data-backed insights to determine which venues are the right fit for your goals.

• Risk management and modeling

Emerging digital assets can be hyper-volatile during price discovery. We consult teams in designing and selecting the appropriate liquidity strategy to develop a liquid market while managing the inventory risk for their digital assets throughout their adoption cycle.

What You Will Be Doing

Working closely with research, trading and other quant devs to build and maintain the API connectivity part of our trading infrastructure.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in trading and market microstructure
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Python required, strong additional experience in C++ preferred
• Strong experience with WebSocket, low latency infrastructures, data stream flows/fill orders required
• Understanding of digital assets trading and blockchain
• CEX and DEX experience preferred
