Responsibilities

• Ownership of real-time order book reconstruction (L3 / MBO)
• Low-latency streaming systems with correctness guarantees
• Production responsibility for data integrity, recovery, and backfills
• Experience operating core market data infra under trading pressure; develop and maintain live trading systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to design, implement, and enhance research platforms, including backtesting systems.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines to process and manage large-scale financial data efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python, with strong system design skills and the ability to balance performance, reliability, and availability.
• Strong interest in financial markets, market microstructure, and quantitative trading.
• Experience in big data processing and database management, working with large-scale datasets using Python, Spark/Hadoop, and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with GPU programming is a plus.
• Knowledge of trading algorithms and quantitative strategy development.
