We want someone who can build alpha, not just models.

We are a fast-growing Forex brokerage looking for a Quant + ML Engineer who can turn data into profitable trading and risk strategies. If you understand markets, microstructure, and machine learning - and can ship production systems -this role is for you.

What You’ll Own:

Design and deploy alpha-generating models (price prediction, order flow, volatility regimes)

Build real-time trading signals using tick-level and execution data

Develop client behavior models (flow toxicity, segmentation, profitability prediction)

Optimize execution, spreads, and slippage using data-driven methods

Work closely with dealing desk on A-book / B-book optimization

Create low-latency, production-grade ML pipelines

What You Must Bring:

Strong background in quantitative finance, statistics, or machine learning

Deep understanding of time-series modeling & market microstructure

Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, vectorization, performance optimization)

Experience building and deploying models (TensorFlow / PyTorch / XGBoost)

Ability to work with high-frequency / tick-level data

Proven ability to translate models into PnL impact

Strong Edge If You Have:

Experience in Forex / CFD brokerage or prop trading

Familiarity with MetaTrader 5 / MetaTrader 4 ecosystems

Knowledge of liquidity aggregation, LP behavior, and execution flow

Experience with backtesting frameworks & live trading systems

Exposure to reinforcement learning or advanced quant strategies
